As I assume most of you will agree, peachy pink make up is a must have in the spring. The second the weather warms up I always find myself reaching for those shimmery shades that pair perfectly with a tan. I love my dark lips and neutral cheeks in the winter, but now that the warm weather is here, I’m all about the peachy pinks! I pulled together the beauty bits from my collection I reach for over and over again in the spring and summer months.
Milani Blush in Luminoso
I’ve probably talked about this blush one too many times, but who knows who’s reading for the first time! When the sun comes out and I start to get a little color, I love Milani Luminoso. The peach color complements a tan so beautifully, plus a little shimmer gives the skin a glow. The pigmentation isn’t too intense, so it’s easy to get the perfect look.
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Inked in Pink
I go through phases where I become obsessed with pink eye shadows. They don’t work for everyone, and I think they look best on me when I’m tan. The Maybelline Color Tattoos last all day on the lid and are so easy to apply. I like to add a little champagne eye shadow, like Stila Kitten, over this shade Inked in Pink for a rose gold effect.
L’Oreal Colour Riche Mono in Sunset Seine
I’ve been loving the Colour Riche Monos from L’Oreal the past few months. The formula is unique and the colors are great! Sunset Seine is almost a coppery, pinky shade. It reminds me of an Urban Decay shadow I used to have. I love this shade with a light pink lip, they complement each other so well.
Burt’s Bees Lipstick in Sunset Cruise
I’m a huge fan of the Burt’s Bees brand, and was super excited when I saw they were coming out with lipsticks! The shade range is great, but I picked up Sunset Cruise because I didn’t have a shade like it, and it seemed pretty wearable. The peachy shade has a bit of brown too it, so it’s a nice change from my other peach lip products. The formula is smooth like butter and the packaging is made of recycled plastic!
NYX Butter Gloss in Apple Strudel
The peachiest pinkiest lip gloss ever, Apple Strudel from NYX is like summer in a tube. Paired with a tan and glowy skin, you’ll be screaming summer with this lip gloss on. The color really shows up on the lips, and is a bit thick and sticky so it actually lasts. Oh and it smells like delicious sugar! There are a ton of awesome colors in the Butter Gloss range but Apple Strudel is my fave!
Butter London Nail Polish in Trout Pout
When I first started getting really into nail polish, I bought a lot of Butter London shades on eBay because they were a bit cheaper. Trout Pout quickly became a favorite especially for the spring and summer. The peachy pink shade is an opaque cream with no shimmer. It is fun and bright! I haven’t worn it yet this year, changing that tonight when I get home!
Butter London Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayon in Trout Pout
Butter London recently came out with a range of lip crayons, and all the names/colors match up with a nail polish! When I saw Trout Pout was one of them I was super happy! The color matches the nail polish PERFECTLY!! The cream formula goes on with a glossy finish and medium coverage. They all match so well with their polish counterparts.
