Products I’ve Repurchased #2

products i've repurchased

With so many products to try, it’s rare I repurchase something. But, some products are just too good to be without, or there isn’t anything else that comes close to them. I shared with you a few products I’d repurchased earlier this year, and now I’ve got a second installment of products I can’t live without! Some of these I’ve only repurchased once, but some have been 3, 4, 5 times!

urban decay setting spray

Deep Steep Bubble Bath

I”m not a huge bath person, but I like to always have good bath products on hand in case of an emergency! I have a few bath bombs, but since I don’t use them quick enough, they get kind of weird and soft in my bathroom. Instead, I prefer liquid bubble bath! Deep Steep has a great bubble bath that comes in a bunch of yummy scents. I just pour some in while the bath is running, and I’ve got tons of bubbles and a delicious smell to relax me!

Urban Decay All Nighter Make Up Setting Spray

I’ve tried all the different Urban Decay spray over the years, and honestly don’t notice much of a difference between them, but I usually go for All Nighter. I hadn’t used it in forever, and decided to repurchase again for a wedding I went to in November. Since then, I’ve been reminded of how great it is. The fine mist applies evenly and isn’t too wet. It helps keep my make up in place, but doesn’t feel heavy or sticky.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dry Top Coat

I’ve tried a lot of top coats, and Insta-Dry from Sally Hansen is for sure my favorite. I’ve bought countless bottles over the years, and will buy countless more! I love the Insta-Dry top coat because it dries SO quick! After painting my nails, I wait about 2 minutes for the color to dry, then go in with the top coat. Within a few minutes the top coat is dry too! I’m still careful with my nails for about an hour, but then I’m good to go. Other top coats I’ve used take hours to dry fully,  and even then still smudge!

Julep Hydrating Cleansing Oil

I hadn’t planned to repurchase the Julep Hydrating Cleansing Oil at first, but when there was an opportunity to get it at a discount in a Maven box, I realized I definitely wanted another bottle! I’m going through cleansing oils so quick these days, I didn’t want to risk being without one for a second. I also need to get a bottle to leave at my parents house so I don’t have to worry about always bringing some with me when I travel.

John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon

I think the John Frieda Secret Weapon is my most repurchased product. I don’t use it as much as I used to, but I still need to ALWAYS have it around. What it is, is a light weight cream you apply to dry hair to give it some hold, de frizz, or touch up. I usually apply if I’ve already done my hair but I’m going out for dinner or something and just need to spruce it up. A little goes a long weigh, and it helps my hair feel moisturized as well.

  1. Hmm, I may need to try the Sally Insta-Dri topcoat. Can’t remember if I’ve bought that one before. How’s the shine with it? I use Seche Vite and I love the shine, but it gets very thick after a few months and that’s where I’m at now.

    1. I’d say the shine is alright. Definitely not the shiniest, but not too dull either. Seche Vite is definitely shinier, but I had the same problem with it, plus I found the smell really strong.

  2. I don’t repurchase a lot of products either. I’ve seen a lot of people raving about that Julep Cleansing Oil! I’ve been recently getting in to cleansing oils, so I’d like to give it a go. I need to try that Sally Hansen Quick Dry, too. I get so impatient waiting for my nails to dry!

  3. I have still not yet tried the UD Setting Spray but now is the time because it is about to be hot and muggy here in Georgia and I need to pick one of these up so my makeup doesn’t melt off, ha! Some products that I always repurchase have to be Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, MAC Paint Pot in Painterly and First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream!!

  4. It’s always great to know what products are worth repurchasing, am super-intrigued by the Frizz Ease since you mention that it doesn’t weigh hair down, and that Julep cleansing oil looks amazing too. Thanks for a very informative post, love your blog!
