Products I SHOULD Repurchase #2

products i should repurchase

I did one of these reminiscent posts not too long ago, but I realized I had so many products I wanted to put in, I should just split it into two posts! Today I’ve got a handful of beauty bits I’ve had in the past, used up, and now really should repurchase because I loved them. I’ve been trying to pair down my collection, and try new things so I haven’t been repurchasing, but sometimes it really is necessary!

John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon

I just finished up this tube (keep an eye out for July Empties), and I can’t believe I haven’t bought a new one already. The John Frieda Secret Weapon is my longest repurchased beauty item. I’ve bought numerous bottles over the years, so I don’t know why I haven’t this time. The product is a light weight cream I use in my dry hair. My hair tends to get poofy (especially in the summer) and this is my secret weapon! It smooths the hair and gives the frizz something to hold on to.

Hada Labo Skin Plumping Gel Cream

Ok so this is a bit of a cheat, because I only had a sample of it. From a Goodbox forever ago I had a sample of the Hada Labo Skin Plumping Gel Cream, and I fell in love with the first use. The next morning my skin looked hydrated, glowy and plumped. The perfect way to wake up. I was excited to see I could get it from Ulta and that it isn’t too expensive. Once I finish up my current night time moisturizer this will be next!

lady million perfume

Paco Rabanne Lady Million Perfume

On a random Sephora trip I bought a rollerball of Lady Million because it smelled AMAZING. My boyfriend clearly liked it too because he bought me a full size for our one year anniversary. The bottle lasted me quite a long time (we will have been together 4 years in September), but sadly now it’s gone. It’s no longer available at Sephora, plus perfume is expensive. I’ve found it a few places online so I’m hoping to buy it again soon.

burts bees rhubarb

Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer in Rhubarb

I have been and always will be a huge fan of Burt’s Bees products. They work well and aren’t too expensive, it’s perfect. I used to have a bunch of their Lip Shimmers, but my favorite was Rhubarb. It’s the perfect deep red, but sheer lip color. Perfect for everyday use. It added just enough color but also moisture. I have so many lip products I just want to clear some out before I buy more.

 Urban Decay Eyeshadow in X

Urban Decay was my first favorite make up brand. I had a ton of UD eyeshadow singles in high school and college. My two favorite are X and Blunt. Blunt is a light gold I’ve already repurchased. X is a light shimmery copper. It’s one of those shades you can throw over the whole lid and look pretty good. UD eyeshadows are so creamy and easy to blend. I love my Naked palette, but the single shades are so great to buy too.

  1. So glad to see the Hada Labo Tokyo Gel Cream on your list. When I’m not testing out moisturizers from other brands, that’s the moisturizer I buy with my own money. I love the texture and what it does to my skin! I love the Burt’s Bee rhubarb shade but unfortunately the peppermint oil in the formula burns my lips, boo hoo. Glad you can wear it coz it’s so pretty!

  2. I work at a Sephora inside JCPenney in Illinois (not sure if it’s just your state/location) and we definitely still carry that perfume! I only know because I look at it longingly every day haha

      1. I just checked online on both sephora and jcpenney sephora website and you’re right they don’t have it… So weird though that we have it at my store!

  3. Burts Bees everything is my go to when something needs a little therapy. That is definitely a great color and I agree they are moderately priced. I also love that I walk into my Walgreens and buy Burts Bees and I don’t have to hunt

  4. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about that perfume before! I’m always up for new scents, so I’ll have to jot that name down. I’m also writing down that Hada Lobo Cream because I’m not familiar with the brand at all, but it sounds interesting!

  5. I just grabbed some Urban Decay shadows from Sephora. They are fabulous. One is called Fireball and looks a lot like the one in the pic. You may want to check it out.
