I’m a terrible blogger! I’m only just getting my October favorites up now, and it’s already been November for a week! Well, I just started a new job, and with that I got behind in school. And I guess school should come before blogging, but sometimes that doesn’t always happen. I’m only in school for a few more weeks though, so hopefully I can get back into a better schedule. Well, let’s just get going onto the products, that’s why you’re here right?
The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Shower Gel- One of the better smelling things on Earth…well I guess everything from The Body Shop is. I’ve been loving the various shower gel scents from TBS this year, and Pink Grapefruit is no different. The scent smells just like a real grapefruit! Very fresh and tart, not sickly sweet at all. Even though it’s quite summer, I really loved it this month, especially in the mornings!
L’Oreal True Match Make Up in N3- When I was in high school, L’Oreal True Match in W3 was my go to foundation. Then I just…stopped using it for some reason! Last month I decided it was time to pick it up again, because I knew I had loved it. I went with N3 though because I have no trace of a tan, and I think the color matches really well. It’s light weight, and super-blendable as they say!
Bath & Body Works Wasabi Apple Candle– I stopped buying BBW candles for awhile because they don’t have the best ingredients, and most of the smells are too sweet and fake for me. I decided to stop in and see what was new for Fall this month, and I was pleasantly surprised by this new candle. Wasabi Apple is a bright scent just like fresh apples, but the wasabi undertone keeps it from being too sweet and gross.
Essie Chinchilly Nail Polish– An Essie classic, I’ll always love this color! Chinchilly is a medium toned greige color. Like grey beige, right? Not too dark, not too light, it looks good on every skin tone. I love it for the fall. In typical Essie fashion, it’s a bit translucent, but 3 coats and you’ll have adorable nails.
Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Passion- The perfect easy fall lip. This little tube is a bit beat up from living in a purse, but it’s just that loved. The color passion is a juicy ruby shade. It’s more pigmented than some of the lighter shades of the Sugar Lip Treatments. I just dab a little on and it keeps my lips hydrated with a bit of color. I wish I had every shade.
Hope you all had a great October, and continue to have a great November. It’s almost THANKSGIVING!!
