Happy November everyone! Autumn is treating us well so far here in Philadelphia. We’ve had lots of sun and it hasn’t gotten too cold yet. I actually really love November because it’s going to be Thanksgiving soon which is my favorite holiday! I’m happy to say it’s another month where I’ve finished up a bunch of products (but have also gotten a lot of new ones :D). It’s a never ending cycle..
Wen Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner– I’ve gone through a few bottles of Wen in my day, and I’m sure this won’t be the last. Cleansing conditioners are a great time saving product, and actually work. Using Wen makes my hair so much curlier, and I really love how it smells. I want to try a different scent though, possibly Tea Tree?
The Body Shop Coconut Shower Cream– Oh I miss this shower gel…The coconut scent from The Body Shop is so amazing. It’s such a warm coconut scent, almost like brown sugar. I think I’ll pick up the lotion to use this winter!
Revlon Colorstay Foundation– If you’re at all a fan of YouTube, then you understand the Revlon Colorstay obsession. I much more so prefer a light foundation, but for events and parties, Revlon Colorstay is my go to. It’s very high coverage, but doesn’t feel too heavy or gross on the skin. It was time to throw out this bottle, but I’ll be getting another one!
Skinfare Coconut Oil- This is a little sample, but the full size comes in a cool multi use stick. I used this little sample as a lip balm I kept in my bag. It kept my lips nice and hydrated. Bonus? The container is cardboard so it can be recycled.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Blunt– My all time favorite eyeshadow. I don’t want to talk about how old this is because it’s in the old UD packaging…The shade Blunt is a light satin gold. It’s so easy to use everyday for little shimmer. It goes with everything. Happy to be using a new one now, the formula seems so much creamier.
Maybelline The Rocket Mascara- The perfect mascara doesn’t exist, but maybe this one is close? I found the Rocket mascara made my lashes long, but the formula felt so heavy and plasticy on my lashes. It lasted all day, but was always a little hard to get off.
Pixi Lash Booster Mascara- I really liked this small sample of a Pixi mascara, but I think a full size is a bit expensive. It gave my lashes a more natural, fluffy look which I really liked.
Urban Decay Lip Junkie in Naked- I’m pretty sure this little sample came with my Naked 2 palette. I loved the shade since it went with everything. The formula was pretty thick and sticky, but it lasted on the lips for a really long time. I wish I could get the rest of it out, but the packaging is hard to squeeze.
Have a good, product filled month everyone!
