Supple, luscious, hydrated, smooth…all words that we want to describe our skin, right? Well guess what, I can help you get those words. For the past few weeks I have been using the DHC Coeynzyme Q10 Cream as my daily night cream. For the previous few months I’d been trying to use up samples and minis of night creams, so now it feels good to have one I’m using on a regular basis, and I think my skin likes it too. DHC is a Japanese skincare brand, and doesn’t everyone in Japan have beautiful skin? I’ve been loving everything I’ve tried from them, definitely a new found brand love.
Coenzyme Q10 is a super antioxidant that fights aging by promoting cell energy and collagen. DHC offers a number of coenzyme q10 products, but it can be found in the highest concentration in this cream.
Applying coenzyme q10 daily helps keep the skin firm and elastic which means less wrinkles in the future! The skin naturally has coenzyme q10, but levels start to dissipate as you age. To keep skin looking young, daily application is a must!
Olive oil can also be found to keep the skin nourished!
This DHC cream comes in an adorable little pink pot. That’s reason alone, right? Inside is a light yellow, pretty much unscented cream. The product could easily be used AM and PM because it is actually quite light weight and sinks into the skin well. I prefer to use a day cream with SPF, so I only use it at night.
As I said, a few dollops sink into the skin well, so there is no sticky residue on the pillow. This also means I can apply a serum and maybe an oil without feeling like my skin is being weighed down.
Overall, I am super impressed with this product. In the morning, my skin looks so fresh and hydrated. The coenzyme q10 makes my skin look plump and healthy every day. Since I’m only 23, it’s hard to say if it’s doing anything for my wrinkles though…I’ll let you know in 20 years?
